Please note that while our products are created with intention and may contribute to a sense of well-being and spiritual connection, they are not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. While many customers have reported feelings of upliftment and relaxation when using our incense, it is important to recognize that it does not cure mental illness, personality disorders, anxiety, schizophrenia, paralysis, or other conditions of mental and physical exhaustion.
We encourage individuals experiencing mental health challenges to seek support from qualified healthcare professionals and to use our products as a complement or tool in their overall wellness journey. Our priority is to promote holistic well-being while respecting the complexity of mental and physical health.

Additionally, the effect may vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee a specific result from any particular product.

User Responsibility and Safety in Use: The use of products (perfumes, incense, and other materials) is the sole responsibility of the user. The customer agrees to perform a sensitivity/allergy test on a small area before use; the site owners or anyone on their behalf will not bear any responsibility for damage, allergy, or physical reaction resulting from use. Additionally, the responsibility for safe use of materials and burning incense safely away from flammable materials rests solely with the user.

1. The operator will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage due to access to and use of the site, or due to any prevention of access or use of the site. Use of the site is at the user’s sole responsibility. It is clarified that the operator is not responsible for any information uploaded by external users. The operator is not responsible for any damage, including from “viruses” and/or malfunctions and/or software applications of any kind to the user’s computer equipment or any other property of the user, caused by access, browsing, or any use of the site.
2. The “Our Mother’s Medicine” site (hereinafter “the Site”) is a website on the internet that operates a virtual store for the browsing public on the internet in Israel. The site offers for sale the products on the site (hereinafter: “the Seller”) and is managed by Robi Aromatherapy.
3. Anyone who performs any action on the site declares that they are aware of the site’s terms and conditions and the rules of participation on the site and accepts them, and that they will have no claim and/or lawsuit against the site owners and/or its operators and/or anyone on their behalf, except for claims related to breach of commitments by the site owners and/or its operators according to these terms and conditions of use. You must read the terms and conditions carefully, and all provisions of these terms and conditions will apply to any use or purchase on the site.
4. The site undertakes not to make any use of information entered by the user, unless required to perform any of the actions according to the provisions of the terms and conditions in their entirety, and/or as required by law or to prevent misuse.
5. The user knows that the site and its operators take standard precautionary measures to maintain the confidentiality of information as much as possible, in order to avoid transferring it to external third parties.
6. Any transfer of a credit card number from the site is done in an encrypted manner according to standard, but in cases that are not under the control of the site and/or its operators and/or resulting from force majeure, the site and its operators will not be responsible for any damage of any kind, indirect or direct, caused to the user and/or anyone on their behalf if this information is lost or if unauthorized use is made of it.
7. The user is prohibited from copying, publishing, distributing, duplicating, displaying, transmitting, performing, creating derivative works, issuing licenses to sell, displaying publicly, or delivering to a third party any part of the information contained on the site without the written and explicit consent of the site owners “Our Mother’s Medicine – Robi Aromatherapy”.
8. Anyone who performs an action and/or purchase on the site, whether by phone, through payment in the app, or through the site, declares that they have read the site’s terms and conditions and agree to its terms, and that they will have no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit, and this will constitute a legal basis.
9. The site operator may stop or change the provision of site services, whether or not advance notice is given to its users, without any liability to any of the users and/or any other third party upon stopping or changing the service.
10. The user is aware that any use of this site is done at their sole responsibility.
11. Providing false information is a criminal offense, and anyone who provides false information will be responsible for any damage caused to the site as a result.
12. In order for the operator to ensure the order is executed without problems, you must be careful to provide all required details accurately. If the user provides incorrect details when placing the order, the operator cannot guarantee that the products will reach their destination. In the event that a package with the purchased products is returned to the operator due to incorrect details, shipping fees will not be refunded to the user, and the user will have to pay additional shipping fees for the order to be sent again.

13. After the user has provided all the required details for purchasing the product and confirmed sending the order, this will be considered placing an order by the user. Upon placing an order by the user, a confirmation will be sent via email regarding receipt of the order details. This confirmation does not yet obligate the operator to supply the products, and it only informs the user that their order details have been successfully received in the system.

    Upon receiving the order, the operator will perform an inventory check of the requested products, and in the case of credit card payment, upon payment approval by the credit company, the order will be processed according to the selected shipping type.
    The shipping date and business days will be determined from the date of order confirmation and actual payment by the credit company, or any other payment option selected.

14. Any image appearing on the site next to the product is for illustration purposes only, and there may be differences between the shades or designs appearing in the photograph and the actual shade/design of the product that will be supplied.
15. The site and its owners are not responsible for the use of the product and its results.
16. The user is aware that the products on the site are “aroma and faith” products only and that the products on the site have not undergone testing by the Ministry of Health in Israel.
17. The store “Our Mother’s Medicine – Robi Aromatherapy” or its operators/owners will not be responsible and will not bear any indirect, direct, consequential, or special damage caused to the user and/or a third party as a result of using the products or raw materials sold on this site, or from purchasing through the site not in accordance with these terms and conditions (whatever the cause of action may be), including loss of income and/or prevention of profit caused for any reason whatsoever.
18. Payment on the site is made using any credit card except Diners and/or American Express.
    You can pay using the Bit/Paybox app or you can also pay by bank transfer.

    In the case of payment via the Bit/Paybox app or by bank transfer, your order will not be sent until the payment is actually received and confirmed in our bank account, or alternatively when we receive from you a receipt or screenshot confirming your transfer. If a transfer is not made within 2 business days (the day of the order is considered a business day if the order was placed before 4:00 PM) from the time of placing the order, your order will be automatically canceled and the products will be returned to inventory.

19. Payments on the site are made through external and secure payment pages, and we do not store credit card details. The transfer of payment data is encrypted and secured with SSL protocol and also with PCI standard, so that the information transferred between the user’s browser and the site cannot be deciphered. In cases that are not under control and/or result from force majeure, the operator will not be responsible for any indirect or direct damage caused to the user or anyone on their behalf if information is lost or reaches a hostile party and/or unauthorized use is made of it, including in the case of a breach of the operator’s computers. The operator undertakes not to make any use of the details of users registered on the site, except for the purposes of operating the site only, and in order to enable the execution of the order and the transfer of necessary information to the user as detailed in these terms and conditions and/or on the site.
20. In the event that a transaction is not approved by the credit company, or the requested product is out of stock with the operator, the operator will contact the user to provide another payment method or to cancel the order.
21. Confirmation of the purchase operation is conditional on the product being in the operator’s inventory at the time of order or delivery, but even if it was not indicated that the product is not in stock and the product has not yet been removed from the site until the date of the user’s order, the operator will not be obligated to actually sell the product, and the user will have no claim and/or lawsuit regarding this matter for any type of damage (direct or indirect) caused to the user and/or a third party.
22. It should be emphasized and clarified that there may be a situation where even though a certain item is displayed on the site as being in stock, in practice it is not in stock and the operator cannot supply it to the user. In such a situation, the order will be canceled and the payment will be refunded to the user (if already paid), and the user will have no claim and/or complaint in connection with this.
23. In areas restricted for access from a security standpoint, the operator may make the products available to the customer at a nearby location that will be coordinated with them in advance.
24. The regulations of the Israel Postal Authority and the courier company, or any other entity through which the site carries out the transportation and delivery of products, will apply to any delivery/transportation of any product through the site, and will bind every bidder.
25. The date of shipping the products (not the date of their arrival to the customer, but the date of their shipment) is between 7 to 14 business days counted from the day of receiving transaction confirmation from the credit company or any other payment method. (Sunday through Thursday, not including Friday, Saturday, holiday eves, and holidays).
    Although every effort is made to send the product as soon as possible.
26. The operator will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused to the products from the moment they are sent for shipping. In the case of receiving a product that was damaged during shipping, the operator will have to open an inquiry with the shipping company, and the user will have to wait until the handling and clarification of the matter is completed.
27. The operator will not be responsible to the user for malfunctions or disruptions in shipping, provided that the site supplied the product for shipping.
28. If the user did not collect the package from the courier or from the post office branch on time and the package was returned to the sender, namely “Our Mother’s Medicine – Robi Aromatherapy,” the user will have to pay for a new shipment to their address and an additional payment for shipping the returned package (according to the payment requested by the courier company).
29. No refund will be accepted for canceling a shipment or order after it has already been ordered and/or prepared and/or sent. There are no refunds or exchanges.
    There are no refunds; any inquiry on this matter will be automatically rejected.
30. The site and its operators reserve the full right, at their sole discretion, to extend or shorten the duration of a promotion on the site or even to cancel it completely. The user will have no claim and/or lawsuit regarding this decision.
31. The operator may limit the purchase quantity of products at its sole discretion.
32. The operator reserves the full right to change the site’s terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
33. The operator may stop or suspend the site’s activity as needed, without prior notice.
34. The “Our Mother’s Medicine – Robi Aromatherapy” site may send emails from time to time containing advertising notices.

35. The exclusive and sole place of jurisdiction for any matter arising from the use of this site is the competent court in the Rishon LeZion area, and only the laws of the State of Israel will apply to the use of the site.
36. If the user wishes to change any order, they must notify the operator as soon as possible. If the product has not yet been sent, the operator will consider changing the order.
